Does my house need rewiring?
Not always. Age alone does not decide it — the consumer unit, earthing and cable condition do. We test first and tell you whether it is a rewire, a partial rewire or just a new board.
Is your electrical work certified?
Yes. Notifiable work is certified and signed off under Part P, and you get the certificate. It matters when you sell the house, not just when the lights work.
Can you do the electrics if someone else is building?
Yes, though the result is better when the first-fix is planned against the same drawings as the rest of the job, so sockets and lighting suit the finished layout rather than the old one.
Does Suddeco do the building work itself?
