Planning application drawings in London, prepared and submitted
Planning application drawings and submission for London homes: existing and proposed plans, elevations, sections and the supporting documents a council asks for. Designed, approved and built by Suddeco.
Indicative render, confirmed on surveyFrequently asked
Do I need planning permission for my extension?
Often not. Many rear extensions, lofts and outbuildings fall under permitted development, which needs no application at all. We check your address against permitted development, your local plan and what has been approved nearby, then tell you which route you are on before you spend anything.
How long does a planning application take?
A householder application is usually determined in about eight weeks from validation, though a council can take longer if it asks for more information. We prepare the drawings and supporting documents so the application is valid first time, because an invalid submission restarts the clock.
What happens if it is refused?
A refusal comes with reasons. In most cases the design can be adjusted to answer them and resubmitted, and a resubmission within twelve months is normally free. We show you what has actually been approved on nearby streets before we draw, which is the best protection against a refusal.
Does Suddeco do the building work itself?
Yes — all of it. Suddeco designs, handles planning and delivers the build with its own project management.
